 | Wednesday, July 31st, 2030: Milwaukee Trades Lee to Pittsburgh for Reichenbach It has been in the rumor mill for several weeks, but today team officials for Milwaukee and Pittsburgh confirmed an agreement. The Brewers dealt 40-year old starting pitcher Cliff Lee and a 2nd round draft pick to the Pirates for 32-year old closer Jeff Reichenbach. Lee has authored a 161-162 won-lost record in his career with a 4.87 ERA. For the year Jeff Reichenbach has made 41 relief appearances and nailed down 23 saves. In 51.2 innings he has fanned 51 batters and walked 10. His record is 3-3 with a 3.83 ERA and the opposition is batting .254 against him. |
