 | Tuesday, August 20th, 2030: Free-for-All Costs Alston and Smith 7-Game Suspensions There was a mass free-for-all yesterday at Yankee Stadium. Both dugouts emptied when New York (A)'s Reginald Alston and Cleveland's Vincent Smith scuffled with one another after some heated words. In an official statement today, the league commissioner suspended both parties for 7 games. This season Alston is hitting .305 with 150 hits, 36 home runs, 110 RBIs, scored 79 runs and played in 124 games. In season stats Smith shows a 12-7 record in 28 games, 188.2 innings, 123 strikeouts and a 2.81 ERA. |
